Today, the current sample of discovered exoplanets includes more than 5,000 objects. Yet, after three decades of exoplanet detection, we still lack a solid candidate for an exomoon. In contrast, our own Solar System hosts around 200 natural satellites. So where are the moons of exoplanets? Are they similar to those in our Solar System?
In this seminar, I will present the Chilean effort to search for natural satellites around exoplanets.
