This knowledge is essential for a detailed understanding of both stellar structure and stellar evolution. ? Dor\/? Scuti variables, two subgroups of classical A\/F-type pulsators, are intriguing objects with regard to their stellar interior. They are located at the cross-section of the Cepheid instability strip and the main sequence. \u201cHybrid\u201d stars have both detectable ? Dor (g modes) and detectable ? Scuti (p modes) pulsations in their Fourier spectrum. Pulsation study of these stars delivers very impressive information like the interior rotation rates and stratification properties of stars, only based on unprecedented light curves from space missions like Kepler (K2) and TESS. We expect that a significant fraction of the ? Dor\/? Scuti stars resides in binary or multiple systems (MF ? 50%s).
